Bringing Shadow Emotions into Light

Young Simba: "Everything the light touches... What about that shadowy place?
Mufasa: "That's beyond our borders. You must never go there, Simba."

Clarifying moments of awareness when you begin to awaken to your self, your divine life path a stream of consciousness never before explored. Learning the difference between dark and light emotions and making the choice to stay mainly within the light.
Feelings of hate, wrath, bitterness, resentment, envy and greed, shallow small minded thoughts are those created in darkness by your shadow self. Shadow work allows us to view these emotions and release them like tiny black birds into the night. Bringing light to our darkness and unveiling what lays beneath. Feeling of love, joy, gratitude, hope and faith are light emotions. Harnessing these allow us to evolve grow and heal bringing us closer to ascension a state of mind similar to nirvana and enlightenment. A Christ concious free of guilt, shame and fear. Learning to love one's self, stripping the ego and living from a place of the divine threes: Mind, heart, soul. As above so below: the father, the son, the Holy Spirit. Mind, body, spirit. Death to ego and embracing soul as a guiding force instead. Awakening to your own potential without the weight of burden. Understand it's safe to lay them down, place them into the hands of the divine and step forward lighter, more free. Understand we are not puppets controlled by emotions others may push on us not those of love and acceptance but those born out of darkness to enslave, entrap and control. Narcissist moths fluttering around the light source creating shadows from wing, draining energies leaving you feeling worn down or like your never there no matter how hard you try. Releasing these energies bring in a new sense of self. There's nothing wrong with being the empath, but don't allow others to stain you and weigh you down. Know when to step back and breathe and regain control of the reigns regardless how scary it seems.
If you are interested in what I'm speaking on buy a journal or get a notebook and look into shadow work one must first confront their own darkness and strip it away before they can fully embody the light.

* wasn't going to but I have to give some credit to DRC in Wilkes-Barre for using the Moral Recognition Therapy Guidebook also know as MRT. I was young when I was apart of their amazing program and still a bit small minded and perhaps bitter. It took me years to understand some of the things we were taught during my time there. One of the most important things I had learned was taking accountability, when you can stop lying to self and start taking accountability being honest and shining your light into your shadows you are no longer enslaved in your own self created prison. You become free ❤️
